Week One is Done!



And week two is here! I've had the whole weekend to rest up, and I'm ready to go! I'm planning on the same Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule as last week, with an additional Saturday or Sunday class this time. I'm actually looking forward to class tonight, something that doesn't always happen with me and workouts. I'm feeling a tiny bit stronger this week, so I know I can push myself a bit harder this week. Yikes! Here we go....
